PROJECT DETAILS

  • CLIENT: Michelle Hoover
  • TYPE: Web Design, Branding + Identity
  • DATE: July 2015

DESCRIPTION

Michelle Hoover is the Fannie Hurst Writer-in-Residence at Brandeis University, co-founder/instructor of GrubStreet’s Novel Incubator program, and author of The Quickening (2010) and Bottomland (Grove, March 2016). She’s also just super fabulous.

With the upcoming March 2016 launch of her much-anticipated second novel, Bottomland, Michelle asked the team at Niemożliwe to help give her current website a bit of a design and branding makeover.

The team looked to develop Michelle’s new site around her distinct Midwest author brand/identity, tapping into the rich imagery and warm color palette of Iowan farming fields, and allowing room for the brand to grow alongside her amassing body of work.
